Located on the river Lot
Almost all water sports are possible on the river, including rowing, windsurfing, water-skiing, canoeing and supping. Especially for anglers, the Lot is a true paradise, night fishing is allowed. Furthermore, one can hike, cycle, ride horses or play golf in the immediate surroundings. Unique to France is a cycle path directly behind the villa on which you can cycle safely to all nearby villages.

Spacious and cosy holiday home
The detached villa has a private enclosed garden of 1000 m2 with spectacular views over the river. The villa can accommodate up to five adults or four adults and two children.
- Two large bedrooms, each with two single beds and air conditioning.
- Near the jetty is a wooden chalet with kitchenette, electricity and water.
- On the first floor, you will find a lovely 16 m2 balcony with views over the river and orchards.
- Two bathrooms each with double sinks, large walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a bedstead for 1 adult, or 1-2 children.
- On the balcony is a dining table with six chairs.
- There is free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with all Dutch channels.
- The pool is heated to 26/28 degrees from June to September.
You can also use canoes, a pedalo, bicycles and a large trampoline.

Unique to France is a cycle path directly behind the villa on which you can cycle safely to all nearby villages. Pick up a baguette in the morning, or go for dinner at one of the many restaurants accessible by bike in the evening. Relaxed enjoyment with the whole family.

Fishing holiday with boat
The villa also has a private jetty for fishing, mooring a boat, having lunch or sunbathing. The rental of the villa includes the use of a boat with outboard motor. You can also bring your own boat, and pedal boats and canoes are available free of charge.
